Service Description

Gentle Flow Yoga Benefits: ● Helps release energy blocks in the body ● Lubricates joints and strengthens ligaments ● Builds self confidence ● Rebalances system ● Increases health for immunity, digestion, and nervous system. Gentle yoga can be practiced by all levels and great for beginners starting a yoga practice. Each class will be started with a meditation and setting intentions for ourselves. A slower and gentler yoga allows us to move at our own pace and creates less strain on the muscles and joints. Breath work is a key component to yoga and gentle yoga incorporates breath work, breathing through our energy blocks. Mindfulness and spiritual awareness along with relaxation and rejuvenation can be gained in this practice of yoga.
