Meet Stephanie!

New to Petite Pilates, please join in welcoming Stephanie! Stephanie will be offering Gentle Flow Yoga on Monday mornings at 9:30a and Kundali Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:30p. Stephanie’s love of yoga began while practicing yoga while pregnant in 2001.
Throughout the next several years she began to discover healing of medical and psychological issues and spiritual awareness through the various practices of yoga such as, Kundalini, Vinyassa, Yin, and Gentle flow yoga.

After years of dealing with her own health and wellness difficulties, Stephanie decided to take control of her life and heal her body and spirit. Now she uses the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace and health.

Her mission to offer transformative experiences in a supportive environment that offer joy, healing, mindfulness, and love. Stephanie’s Education:
